THIRD - AFTER THE INVOICE HAS BEEN CREATED, the status of the order will be updated to PENDING PAYMENT, you will have 48 hours to make payment of the invoice thru paypal. If payment is not received within the 48 hours of processing the invoice the order may be canceled by us. IF your payment is received after the 48 hours and your items are no longer available then a refund will be issued minus a 4% payment processing fee, so please pay your invoices on time!
FOURTH - ONCE WE RECEIVE THE PAYMENT AND CONFIRMED ALL IS OK, we will mark your order PAID & SHIPPED. A tracking number for shipment will be uploaded to your order page. Your Order will ship out on our next shipping day. THIS WILL COMPLETE THE ORDERING PROCESS.
ONCE YOU SUBMIT PAYMENT THE ORDER IS CONSIDERED FINAL! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL THE ORDER FOR ANY REASON AFTER SUBMITTING THE PAYMENT THERE WILL BE A 4% PAYMENT PROCESSING FEE DEDUCTED FROM THE PAYMENT REFUND. WHY DID STOP2SHOP MOVE TO INVOICING:
We do understand that the invoicing process is a bit outdated way to do business and we do apologize for this. Stop2Shop.com is a very old website, built nearly 20 years ago, and just does not have the features necessary to maintain live inventory counts. We are a small family business that our main focus is to run our animal rescue and we just do not have the know how to convert all our items to a new website. We just keep our old clunker of a site going down the road with the necessary "oil changes and tune ups" to keep it running. Customers tend to find terrific deals on Stop2Shop and sometimes they would get overly excited and then start placing huge orders, ordering way more than we have in stock. This would force us to issue refunds which end up being very costly for us as the payment processors do not refund the fees they charge when they collect a payment. We tried things like order limits but some customers would then just place multiple orders, the fees for us were getting so expensive that we just could not keep doing this. So for the time being we will go to the old invoicing system of the past and see if that works.
SPECIAL RULES AND NOTES: ONE ORDER PER DAY. We still have a order limit on the site. Do not use different emails or physical addresses to work around this. We will cancel all your orders and block you from future orders if we find this happening.
FIRST COME FIRST SERVE: SORRY, we do not work under this premise. We reserve the right to restrict quantities on every item for any reason. If someone orders multiples of something and others have ordered the same thing that day and we do not have enough to fill all the quantities for all the orders, then we will fill a little bit for all the customers we can. We try to keep a good supply of all items in stock all the time but that is not always possible. Because of the vast amount of inventory we control and the quick demand on some items, we sometimes sell out of an item. WE WILL NO LONGER BACKORDER ANY ITEMS as many of the items on sto2shop are just not available for us to restock. With our new invoicing payment system your order will be checked for instock items and then you will be invoiced for what we have instock on your order. Item shortages will be removed from your order before we send you a paypal invoice so there should be no issues with backorders or refunds moving forward.

We accept returns on factory sealed items that have not been opened or tampered with. We do not accept returns on individual loose cards. Please make sure the item you are purchasing is the item you desire. If the factory sealed item you receive is not what you had hoped for and you have not opened the product, you may return it for a refund or credit within 7 days, in the condition that you received it, you must return in factory sealed condition.
