2010 SHIPPING SCHEDULE We ship five days a week (Monday thru Friday) Orders ship from our warehouse on the next business day.
INSIDE THE UNITED STATES "Regular Delivery" orders inside the United States may take 5 to 10 days to arrive to you once the order has shipped from our facility. "Rush Delivery" orders will be processed during our normal shipping days but a faster shipping method will be used so your order will arrive to you in 2 - 4 days from the time the order ships. "Super Rush Delivery" orders are processed and shipped out the same day if possible (next business day at latest) and will arrive to you in 1 - 2 business day from the time your order is shipped from our facility. In addition to choosing super rush delivery, you must also call us to confirm we can meet your deadline. After you place the order please call us at 850-810-5213 to confirm we can meet your request. Without your call your order will not be processed
BULKY AND HEAVY ITEMS WILL HAVE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE ADDED TO THE SHOPPING CART. This fee is necessary to cover the high cost to ship these types of items.

OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES INCLUDING CANADIAN ORDERS "Regular Delivery" orders OUTSIDE the United States may take 14 to 21 days to arrive to you once the order has shipped from our facility. "Rush Delivery" orders OUTSIDE the United States will be processed during our normal shipping days but a faster shipping method will be used so your order will arrive to you in 6 - 10 days from the time the order ships. "Super Rush Delivery" orders shipping OUTSIDE the United States are processed and shipped out the same day if possible (next business day at latest) and will arrive to you in 5 - 8 business days from the time your order is shipped from our facility. We apologize but there are NO GUARANTEES ARRIVAL DATES WITH SUPER RUSH DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES.
Our internationally delivery rates are calculated for small items (ex single cards / starter deck). Multiple decks, large bulky items (ex. fight disk) or heavy items (ex. 500 plus individual cards) WILL REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE. This charge should automatically be added into the shopping cart before your final checkout. If this does not happen we will contact you to get approval for the additional shipping.

This button adds the item to your shopping cart. Putting something
in your shopping cart does not commit you to buying it. After you
put something in your basket, you can choose to place the order
immediately, or continue shopping. You can put as many items as
you want in your shopping basket. When you're finished and want
to place the order, you can get back to your shopping cart by clicking
on the 'View Order button in the middle on the top part of our website.

Backorder Policy
At Stop2Shop.com all orders are processed and shipped promptly (within 2 business days), except where noted “Special Order”, “PreSale” or "Preorder" and those items will be shipped on the posted date of stocking.
We try to keep a good supply of all items in stock all the time but that is not always possible. Because of the vast amount of inventory we control and the quick demand on some items, it is sometimes necessary for us to backorder an item purchased. This backorder occurs when an item ordered sells out but is expected back in stock within a short period of time (within 10 days).
An item placed on backorder will ship to the customer when the item comes back in stock at NO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES TO THE CUSTOMER. The order and item will be updated with the shipment id number and the customer will receive an automated update to the order.
If the item remains on backorder longer than 10 days, the customer will be fully refunded for that item and notified by email that we were not able to fulfill the backorder.
If at any time during the backorder, the item is no longer needed by the customer, the customer should email or call to cancel the backorder and a full refund of the backordered item(s) will be issued.
WHEN SUBMITTING AN ORDER, IF A BACKORDER IS NOT DESIRED. THERE ARE TWO OPTIONS FOR THE CUSTOMER:
FIRST OPTION, you wish to receive a refund for the temporarily out of stock item and have the rest of the order shipped immediately. Please enter the following into the comment section of the order during checkout:
"REFUND ANY ITEM NOT IN STOCK, PLEASE SHIP THE REST OF THE ORDER"
SECOND OPTION, you only wish to have the full completed order. This means if ANY item is out of stock, cancel the entire order. Please understand, this does not mean we can make the out of stock item appear. This means if we do not have an item, the rest of your order will be canceled. If this is what you desire please enter the following into the comment section during checkout:
"IF ANY ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK, CANCEL AND REFUND THE ENTIRE ORDER"
If we do not receive instruction in the comment section as to how you wish to handle a temporarily out of stock item, we will put the item on backorder and ship the rest of the order. You do always have the option to cancel the backorder at any time prior to the item shipping out.

Return
Policy
We accept returns on factory sealed items that have not been opened or tampered with. We do not accept returns on individual loose cards. Please make sure the item you are purchasing is the item you desire. If the factory sealed item you receive isn’t what you’d hoped for and you have not opened the product, you may return it for a refund or credit within 7 days, in the condition that you received it, you must return in factory sealed condition. If you need to return your purchase, please contact Stop2Shop.com via phone or email. Reference the order number and item number. PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Procedure
Any returns should be sent back to the address on the return label. Once
we have received your return, a refund will be applied back to the credit
card used for the purchase. When returning merchandise, be sure to include
a note with your order number and the details of the return.
