2010 SHIPPING SCHEDULE We ship five days a week (Monday thru Friday) Orders ship from our warehouse on the next business day.
INSIDE THE UNITED STATES "Regular Delivery" orders inside the United States may take 5 to 10 days to arrive to you once the order has shipped from our facility. "Rush Delivery" orders will be processed during our normal shipping days but a faster shipping method will be used so your order will arrive to you in 2 - 4 days from the time the order ships. "Super Rush Delivery" orders are processed and shipped out the same day if possible (next business day at latest) and will arrive to you in 1 - 2 business day from the time your order is shipped from our facility. In addition to choosing super rush delivery, you must also call us to confirm we can meet your deadline. After you place the order please call us at 850-810-5213 to confirm we can meet your request. Without your call your order will not be processed
BULKY AND HEAVY ITEMS WILL HAVE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE ADDED TO THE SHOPPING CART. This fee is necessary to cover the high cost to ship these types of items.

OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES INCLUDING CANADIAN ORDERS "Regular Delivery" orders OUTSIDE the United States may take 14 to 21 days to arrive to you once the order has shipped from our facility. "Rush Delivery" orders OUTSIDE the United States will be processed during our normal shipping days but a faster shipping method will be used so your order will arrive to you in 6 - 10 days from the time the order ships. "Super Rush Delivery" orders shipping OUTSIDE the United States are processed and shipped out the same day if possible (next business day at latest) and will arrive to you in 5 - 8 business days from the time your order is shipped from our facility. We apologize but there are NO GUARANTEES ARRIVAL DATES WITH SUPER RUSH DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES.
Our internationally delivery rates are calculated for small items (ex single cards / starter deck). Multiple decks, large bulky items (ex. fight disk) or heavy items (ex. 500 plus individual cards) WILL REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE. This charge should automatically be added into the shopping cart before your final checkout. If this does not happen we will contact you to get approval for the additional shipping.

This button adds the item to your shopping cart. Putting something
in your shopping cart does not commit you to buying it. After you
put something in your basket, you can choose to place the order
immediately, or continue shopping. You can put as many items as
you want in your shopping basket. When you're finished and want
to place the order, you can get back to your shopping cart by clicking
on the 'View Order button in the middle on the top part of our website.

We accept returns on factory sealed items that have not been opened or tampered with. We do not accept returns on individual loose cards. Please make sure the item you are purchasing is the item you desire. If the factory sealed item you receive isn’t what you’d hoped for and you have not opened the product, you may return it for a refund or credit within 7 days, in the condition that you received it, you must return in factory sealed condition. Any returns should be sent back to the address on the return label. Once
